Plan Guidelines
For each phase: If the child is still showing signs of irritability, continue the phase longer.
Do not rush to the next phase. Allow the body to fully stabilize before adding new supplements.
Important Dosing Guidance:
If your child’s weight and age do not align with the same column, always prioritize weight over age when selecting a dose.
Example: A 3-year-old child who weighs 50 lbs would fall into the “Ages 6-12” weight category (50-100 lbs). In this case, use the “Ages 6-12” column dose, not the “Ages 2-3” column.
Ages 2-3 (Toddlers)
- Always consult with a pediatrician before starting any supplement plan for toddlers
- Use liquid or powder forms whenever possible for easier dosing and administration
- Start at the lowest end of the dosing range and increase very gradually
- Monitor closely for any adverse reactions, digestive changes, or irritability
- Extra caution with methylation supplements (Leucovorin, B-Complex) - use micro-doses only
All Ages - General Guidelines
- Never introduce more than one new supplement at a time
- Wait 5-7 days between adding new supplements to assess tolerance
- Keep a daily journal to track behaviors, sleep, digestion, and any changes
- Always give supplements with appropriate meals (with fat for fat-soluble vitamins)
- Ensure adequate hydration - detox pathways require water
- If irritability or regression occurs, pause the newest supplement for 3-5 days

- Selenium: TOXICITY RISK | DO NOT EXCEED max dose for your child’s weight
Form Recommendations for Young Children
- Liquid or powder forms preferred for ages 2-5
- Can mix powders into smoothies, applesauce, or yogurt
- Avoid artificial colors, flavors, and sweeteners
- Choose hypoallergenic formulas when possible
If you can check at least 4 of 5 categories, your child’s body is likely ready to move into the next phase safely.
